How do you ship packages?
Packages that are shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Packages that are shipped from our international warehouses will be shipped by ePacket or EMS (depending on the weight and size of the product).
Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship to the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. On average, orders are delivered within 10-20 business days. For express items, order are delivered within 7-10 business days. Note: ***This does not include our 2-5 day processing time.***
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships. This email will provide you with your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information within 5-7 business days, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items that are purchased in the same order will usually be shipped in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Because items are shipped separately you will receive the items are different times.
Why does my order's tracking status say "no information available at the moment"?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on the tracking number, please send us an email at email@example.com.
What about Customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
